EPA Clean Air Markets Program Data (CAMPD) metadata links

The EPA’s Clean Air Markets Program Data (CAMPD) provides emissions, compliance, allowance, and facility attributes data collected under programs like the Acid Rain Program and Cross-State Air Pollution Rule.

This project, maintained by the Environmental Data & Governance Initiative (EDGI), serves as a virtual backup of CAMPD data, hosted on Zenodo and powered by Datasette. It includes hourly and daily emissions data, accessible for download or interactive exploration. The dataset is licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL).

The Emissions table contains metadata about the archived data: time unit (daily or hourly), quarter, and year. It also contains a link to the Zenodo archive. In the case of daily data, a link is provided for further querying the data using Datasette Lite.
